She holds an HND in Estate Management from Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, and is an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS). Modupeola joined Adefila & Partners in 2003 for her industrial attachment and later returned in 2005 to join the team as an estate surveyor. With over 18 years of experience, she leverages her vast knowledge and industry expertise to provide innovative and strategic solutions that drive client success.

Mr. Bamigboye is a dedicated estate surveyor with a strong background in estate management. He holds an HND in Estate Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and has gained diverse experience in the field. His professional journey has taken him from roles at Toki & Company, Bola Onabanjo & Company, and Mushin Local Government Council to Adefila & Partners, where he has been an integral part of the team since its start. Mr. Wasiu is a dedicated estate surveyor with over two decades of experience. He started his career at Kwara State Ministry of Land & Housing in 2002 and later joined Adefila & Partners as an intern in 2004. He rose through the ranks to become an Estate Assistant in 2006 and eventually an Estate Surveyor in 2024. Jimoh's expertise spans estate surveying, valuation, and management.
