The firm, ADEFILA & PARTNERS evolved from the older Partnership of Adefila, Akinsomi, Salako & Partners which was established in April 1985 over 40 years ago headed by the Principal Partner Mr. Thomas Kolawole Adefila who has a cognate experience spanning about 40 years.

The need to refocus and reposition the practice for effectiveness and efficiency in the service delivery in all areas of Real Estate Consultancy to meet the challenges of globalization was the reason the firm ADEFILA & PARTNERS was established in March 2003.

It is our belief at ADEFILA & PARTNERS that professional staff must possess finest of character, humane disposition, integrity and transparent honesty.

The firm and the Principal Partner are registered and recognized by the following professional organizations:
(i) The Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. (NIESV)

Partners

Kolawole Adefila
He is the principal partner of the firm with experience in the field spanning over 40 years. He is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo university, Ile-lfe. He is a registered Fellow of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers. He has worked in various State Housing Cooperations.
Dipo Olanipekun
He is a managing partner of the firm with well over 35 years of experience in service. He attended The Polytechnic Ibadan, Oyo state where he studied Estate Management. He is a registered Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANVIS) and also a member of the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria(ESVARBON), He has worked in numerous surveying and valuation firms.
Segun Adefila
He is a partner of the firm- He boosts so many years of experience in the service, A graduate of Estate Management from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin and Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. He further studied at the University of Pretoria, South Africa. He is an Associate of Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIV)

Management Team

Samuel Abdul Ojo

Mr. Abdul is a seasoned real estate professional with over 12 years of experience in preperty management, facility management, and estate surveying. He leads our facilities and property management team, overseeing property maintenance, repairs, and upgrades; as well as lease negotiations and tenant relations. Samuel's expertise includes property acquisitions, market research, and financial analysis. He holds a Master's in Facilities Management from the University of Lagos and is a member of the Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers.

Ikuponiyi Modupeola Oluwafunmilayo

Modupeola is aseasoned estate surveyor with expertise in estate management, surveying, and valuation. She holds a HND in Estate Management from Lagos State Polytechnic, Ikorodu, and is an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS). Modupeola joined Adefila & Partners in 2023 for her industrial attachment and later returned in 2005 to join the team as an estate surveyor. With over 18 years of experience, she leverages her vast knowledge and industry expertise to provide innovative and strategic solutions that drive client sucess.

Kolawole Fatai Gbamigboye

Mr. Bamigboye is a dedicated estate surveyor with a strong background in estate management. He holds an HND in Estate Management from The Polytechnic, Ibadan, and has gained diverse experience in the field. His professional journey has taken him from roles at Toki & Company, Bola Onabanjo & Company, and Mushin Local Government Council to Adefila & Partners, where he has been an integral part of the team since its start. With over two decades of experience, He provides expert services in estate surveying, valuation, and management.

Jimoh Wasiu Ayinla

Mr. Wasiu is a dedicated estate surveyor with over two decades of experience. He started his career at Kwara State Ministry of Land & Housing in 2002 and later joined Adefila & Partners as an intern in 2004. He rose through the ranks to become an Estate Assistant in 2006 and eventually an Estate Surveyor in 2024. Jimoh's expertise spans estate surveying, valuation, and management. He is a valuable asset to our team, providing top-notch services to clients.

Sunday B. Ojo

With over 30 years of experience in estate surveying and valuation, He brings a wealth of expertise to our team. He holds an HND in Town and Regional Planning from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. Sunday Ojo is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) and has worked with top firms in Lagos. He has been an integral part of Adefila & Partners since 2003, providing expert services in estate surveying, valuation, and management.
