The firm ADEFILA & PARTNERS evolved from the older Partnership of Adefila, Akinsomi, Salako and Partners which was established in April 1985 about 37 years ago headed by the Principal Partner Mr. Thomas Kolawole Adefila who has a cognate experience spanning about 40 years.

The need to refocus and reposition the practice for effectiveness and efficiency in the service delivery in all areas of Real Estate Consultancy to meet the challenges of globalization was the reason the firm ADEFILA & PARTNERS was established in March 2003.

It is our belief at ADEFILA & PARTNERS that professional staff must possess finest of character, humane disposition, integrity and transparent honesty.
